Rules & Expectations
1.1 Zero Tolerance Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy on abuse, any form of abuse regardless of severity,
will almost always result in an instant demotion.
1.2 Definition of Abuse
What is abuse? Abuse is any staff related command (ban, tp, mute, gamemode etc...)
used for any reason that isn't related to staff situations. Do not tp to players for fun,
do not go into creative and fly around in fastbridger.
1.3 Examples of Abuse
• Teleporting to players for entertainment purposes
• Using creative mode for personal advantage
• Issuing punishments without valid reason
• Modifying game rules for personal benefit
2.1 Activity & Commitment
We understand everyone on the staff team is a volunteer, and as such we do not expect
you to prioritize your staff responsibilities over your real-life responsibilities.
2.2 Professional Conduct
• Always maintain professionalism in player interactions
• Report any issues to higher staff immediately
• Follow proper punishment procedures
• Keep staff discussions confidential
2.3 Communication
• Respond to staff messages within 24 hours
• Participate in staff meetings when possible
• Provide feedback on staff procedures
• Report inactivity in advance when possible

What should I do if I'm unsure about a punishment?
If you're unsure about issuing a punishment, it's always best to ask for a second opinion. Contact a moderator or the staff manager in staff chat before taking action. It's better to be safe and ask than to issue an incorrect punishment.
How do I handle player appeals?
When a player appeals a punishment, review their case carefully. Check their punishment history, the evidence, and consider their behavior since the punishment. Use the standard appeal response format provided in the staff guide. Always be professional and provide clear reasoning for your decision.
What's the procedure for reporting staff abuse?
If you witness or suspect staff abuse, gather all relevant evidence (screenshots, logs, etc.) and report it directly to the staff manager or server owners. Do not discuss the issue with other players. All reports are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.
How often should I be active as staff?
We recommend being active at least 10 hours per week. However, we understand that real life comes first. If you need to take a break or reduce your activity, please inform the staff manager so arrangements can be made.
What evidence do I need to collect for punishments?
Always collect screenshots or video evidence when possible. For chat offenses, the server automatically logs messages. For gameplay offenses, use /vanish to observe players and record evidence. Use the /staffhistory command to attach evidence to punishment records.
